　　First, the personnel does not meet the requirements of the qualification standards of ready-mixed concrete enterprises, a period of three months to rectify. During the rectification period, no new projects shall be contracted, and if the qualification standard is not met after the deadline, the professional contracting certificate of ready-mixed concrete shall be withdrawn according to the regulations.
　　Second, the quality assurance system can not effectively run the concrete enterprises, or the existence of concrete factory does not provide real and valid quality documents, for the construction unit to do concrete test blocks and other acts of concrete enterprises, in the order to rectify the situation at the same time, the enterprise for the concrete entity strength to increase random sampling; the circumstances are serious, will be ordered to suspend the rectification.
　　Third, to increase the strength of the raw materials and sampling of concrete strength of the entity. For the raw materials that failed the sampling test, in addition to the concrete supplied by the entity strength to increase random random testing, but also the enterprise will be random sampling of raw materials, such as sampling again failed, will be transferred to law enforcement departments for punishment. For the supervision of the sampling test failed entity concrete, issued a "project quality supervision sampling notice", the construction unit is required to entrust the city's qualified testing agencies to batch testing of the strength of the concrete; the illegal use of sea sand concrete enterprises, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, in accordance with the law to take the suspension of rectification, clear the market, revocation of qualifications and other penalties.
　　Fourth, the concrete enterprises are required to use the "Changzhou ready-mixed concrete quality tracking and dynamic supervision system" (hereinafter referred to as "supervision system"), all production data must be uploaded in real time, all quality assurance information from the " Supervision system" in the issue. If it is found that the production data of concrete supplied is not uploaded in real time, the total amount of cement and cementitious materials is low, etc., the construction unit will be issued a "Notice of Project Quality Supervision and Sampling", and the construction unit will be required to commission a qualified testing agency to test the strength of concrete at the construction site; the quality assurance information issued by the non-"supervision system" shall not be used as the Project acceptance basis.
　　Fifth, the concrete enterprises are required to practice the concept of green development, and actively declare the "three-star green building materials evaluation mark" certificate. It is stipulated that any project using concrete produced by enterprises that have not obtained the "three-star green building materials evaluation mark" shall not participate in all evaluation activities such as green sites, and shall not be commended as a major inspection notification project. At the same time, the concrete enterprises are required to strengthen the daily production of dust prevention and control, and strictly implement the requirements of dust control.
