Employee Execution Improvement

With core values, a company can determine its business philosophy and mission. When the company has values that are unanimously recognized by all employees, employees will make judgments about right and wrong, good and evil, and what should or should not be done based on these values during their work. With a business philosophy and mission, employees will connect their actions to the company's mission, thereby finding social significance beyond their own behavior. In other words, the company's mission is linked to universal social values, allowing employees to gain a sense of career accomplishment.

There must be core values.
With core values, a company can determine its business philosophy and mission. When a company has values that are unanimously recognized by all employees, employees will make judgments about right and wrong, good and evil, and what should or should not be done based on these values during their work process; with a business philosophy and mission, employees will connect their behavior with the company's mission, thereby finding social significance beyond their own actions. That is, the company's mission is linked to universal social values, allowing employees to gain a sense of career achievement.

It is necessary to help and inspire employee growth.
The company pursues high-quality products and services, which is correct, but this alone is not enough; it must also find ways to improve employee quality. Only employees with first-class qualities can provide first-class products and services. Currently, very few companies recognize this. Most companies still treat employees merely as tools to create value, rather than as individuals with subjective initiative, which leads to many problems the company cannot solve. Therefore, the company must first treat employees as people, as individuals with different interests, temperaments, and varying qualities, and prioritize improving employee quality. In the process of training employees, the company must make employees understand that their job positions are platforms for growth. The improvement of employee skills, the ability to interact and collaborate with others, psychological quality, and everything else all depend on the job position. The perfection of an employee's character is reflected through providing production or perfect products and services.

Of course, this process is also one in which employees continuously receive higher salaries. However, employees must understand that salary and other external rewards are outward expressions of internal improvement and manifestations of the value they create. Of course, I believe that for employees to accept these concepts, the company must have clear values and business philosophy.

As an excellent employee, the attitude to adopt from philosophy to method to action should be: "Think big, see small, and produce fine work." To "think big" means to have great ambitions. At the level of perspective, it means holding the company's strategy centered on corporate values in mind, constantly linking one's own work to the company's development strategy, and clarifying the significance of one's work in achieving the company's strategy.

To "see small" simply means to have alert eyes. In terms of attitude, it means that in work, no task is too small to be worth doing, ignored, or abandoned. Every specific task should be valued tactically, and one should not consider any task insignificant. To "produce fine work" means to take every task seriously and ensure that everything produced by one's hands is a masterpiece.
