He raised higher requirements around the "professional purpose" and the "Seven Absolutes," guiding management personnel to establish an innovative mindset; continuously strengthen self-learning to form a good atmosphere of mutual help; and scientifically handle the relationship between enterprise work and construction production work.
  General Manager Zhou said: Everyone here had the goal of getting into university while at school; after university, the goal was to find a good job; after finding a good job, the goal was promotion and salary increase. Many people become complacent and stagnant after stabilizing. I have followed many successful people. Those without clear goals or with vague goals become middle or lower class in society, while those with clear goals become high-level individuals. To clarify your future direction, you need to know what kind of salary you want, and thus what kind of goals you need. This is a responsible way to approach your future life. Life requires struggle; we are born with only one path—"a dead end"—and cannot return alive. The key is whether you are content with the status quo or strive hard. Being content leads to elimination. On life's journey, no one will wake you up or pay for you. You need self-management and self-discipline, constantly breaking through yourself to create miracles.

  At this meeting, project management personnel listened attentively and actively exchanged ideas. Through the meeting, they analyzed the shortcomings of various engineering management tasks in the first half of 2019, proposed improvement measures and requirements. The meeting mainly clarified goals for future company management improvements in "process standardization, institutionalization, standardization, and refinement," streamlined management thinking, helped project managers understand work deficiencies, learned improvement measures, and enhanced management capabilities for future work.
  The main content of the meeting included the following points:
  1. Improve the company's rules and regulations, financial systems, and ensure strict implementation by all departments.
  2. The company's various approval processes and capital management.
  3. Improve the company's management system; strengthen the allocation of project management personnel, management of project and company materials, and management of construction machinery and equipment.
  4. Planning for the company's newly established migrant worker training institution, preparation of materials, site selection, funding arrangements, personnel, and other related issues.
