At the construction site of the Kunming Huafei·Xiaoxin Cecheng urban village renovation project, a green construction project undertaken by Jiangsu Qian Construction Group attracted more than 80 Jiangsu construction enterprises from the Southwest region to observe. The Provincial Department's Party Building Work Guidance Group for Construction Enterprises held an on-site observation meeting on project management culture in the Southwest region in Kunming. Deputy Director Xu Xuejun, Deputy Director Cheng Jigui, Deputy Secretary Ding Shunxiang of the Party Committee, Director He Zhiliang of the Construction Industry Development Department, and responsible comrades from various regional party organizations, as well as nearly 200 enterprise leaders and project managers from our province entering the Southwest region, participated in the event.
In recent years, under the national promotion of green construction, the Provincial Department's Party Building Work Guidance Group for Construction Enterprises has actively responded to the central government's call to build a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society. Focusing on the theme of scientific development of enterprises, it has actively guided the majority of construction enterprises working outside the province to "improve party building guidance, adhere to cultural leadership, pursue green management, and promote green construction," providing strong spiritual motivation for the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry outside the province.
At the meeting, Xu Xuejun introduced the current development situation and tasks of Jiangsu's construction industry, pointing out that establishing the concept of green construction is an important aspect of corporate culture construction and an important means for enterprises to improve comprehensive benefits. Through measures such as environmental protection, energy saving, land saving, water saving, and material saving, benefits are sought from technology, management, and conservation. Only by vigorously advocating a corporate culture of green construction and continuously promoting green construction and management can the scientific, sustainable, and healthy development of enterprises be promoted.
