Strengthen supervision, optimize services, and strive to win the "Luban Award"

In order to continuously improve the quality level of construction projects and strive to create high-quality projects, recently, Deputy Director Gong Haoping of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau led personnel from the Municipal Construction Management Center and the Construction Industry Association to hold a work promotion meeting for the project’s bid for the "Luban Award" at the construction site of Phase II of Changzhou Cultural Square. Relevant leaders from construction, construction, and supervision units participated.

Relevant leaders from construction, contracting, and supervision units attended.
As a representative building project of our city, the Phase II Cultural Square project is large in scale, has high technical requirements, and complex construction processes. The project’s bid for the "Luban Award" will strongly drive the high-quality development of construction projects citywide and further improve the quality level of construction projects in our city. At the promotion meeting, Deputy Director Gong Haoping required all parties involved in the project to aim for the "Luban Award," further unify their thinking, clarify goals; solidify the foundation and pay attention to details; focus on overall layout and highlight characteristics. All participants unanimously expressed that they will earnestly implement the requirements of the "Quality and Safety Improvement Action," actively promote the high-quality development of the city’s construction industry through striving for the "Luban Award," and contribute to building a better Changzhou.
In recent years, our city has adhered to proactive measures in construction project management, actively promoted excellence initiatives, vigorously cultivated high-quality projects, and dedicatedly created the "Changzhou Brand." The quality level of construction projects has consistently ranked among the top in the province.
