The construction project of the plot on the north side of Qingyang Road North and the west side of Xintang North Road (Yuedong Plaza), undertaken by Jiangsu Changjia Construction Group, has set goals to ensure the Jiangsu Province "Yangtze Cup" quality project, strive for national quality project awards, and create a green smart construction site. To help all parties involved achieve these goals, the Municipal Construction Management Center has taken measures to strengthen service guidance for the project and organized relevant personnel to conduct a special on-site service again on March 27.

Relevant personnel from the Construction Management Center provided guidance based on the project's design features, construction difficulties, and on-site conditions. This included overall quality improvement planning, preparation of special construction plans, quality control, quality highlights, building energy conservation and green construction, promotion of new technology applications, process data control, and key intelligent technologies for green smart construction. Participating units are required to further enhance enterprise management capabilities and project quality through full participation, model leading, application of distinctive practices, QC, and tackling provincial-level construction method topics, aiming to achieve first-time excellence in the project.
In July 2018, the first party branch of the Municipal Construction Management Center, the party branch of Changjia Construction Group, and the party branch of Jiangsu Bank Bo'ai Road Branch jointly carried out the "Enterprise-Bank Party Building" co-construction activity. Fully leveraging the leading role of party building, they identified key points to protect the wage rights of migrant workers. The project held the "Great Discussion on Emancipating the Mind, Construction Industry in Action — 2018 Changzhou Construction Industry Migrant Workers' Wage Special Account and Migrant Workers' Real-name Bank Card Centralized Issuance Ceremony." All work was comprehensively promoted, and the party building joint construction achieved remarkable results. In the future, the Municipal Construction Management Center will continue to provide related services, deeply integrate party building co-construction into frontline production activities, fully play the pioneering role of party building, and achieve a good effect of win-win cooperation.
