The Urban Construction Management Center earnestly promotes the Party Branch Work Regulations.

Deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party, focus on learning the Party's internal regulations, further consolidate the foundation, and standardize the advancement of various Party branch work. On the afternoon of March 20, the Party General Branch of the Municipal Construction Management Center organized all Party members to collectively attend a Party class themed on studying the "Regulations on the Work of the Communist Party Branches (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").
Deeply study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, strengthen the study of intra-party regulations, further consolidate the foundation, and standardize the advancement of various tasks of the Party branch. On the afternoon of March 20, the Party General Branch of the Municipal Construction Management Center organized all Party members to attend a collective Party lecture themed on studying the "Regulations on the Work of the Communist Party of China Branches (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").
Li Chang, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch of the Municipal Construction Management Center, served as the main speaker of this Party lecture. He focused closely on the background, significance, and main content of the introduction of the "Regulations," delivering a lecture titled "Studying and Implementing the 'Regulations' to Promote the Comprehensive and Strict Governance of the Party Extending to the Grassroots." He provided a comprehensive and timely interpretation of the "Regulations." During the lecture, he put forward clear requirements for the Party organization of the center and all Party members on how to implement the "Regulations": first, organize timely study; second, conduct serious self-examination; third, form a long-term mechanism; and fourth, insist on leadership by example. It was required to implement the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party in every branch and every Party member in accordance with the "Regulations."
To further consolidate the learning outcomes and enhance everyone's understanding of the importance of studying the "Regulations," the Party General Branch of the Municipal Construction Management Center also organized an in-class test to promote learning through examination and application through learning. This aims to help the majority of Party members organically combine the study of the "Regulations" with the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, effectively strengthening the ideological and practical consciousness of implementing the "Regulations."
