The Urban Construction Management Center organized a viewing meeting for the competition of the "Luban Award" project.

In order to better learn the advanced practices of creating Luban Award projects, improve the overall quality level of projects, and further promote the efforts of the Changzhou Cultural Square Phase II project to compete for the "Luban Award," the Municipal Construction Management Center organized 40 relevant responsible persons from various parties involved in the Changzhou Cultural Square Phase II project to visit and study the Luban Award project at the Nanjing High-tech Zone Convention and Exhibition Center on June 5.
In order to better learn the advanced practices of creating Luban Award projects, improve the overall engineering quality level, and further promote the efforts of the Changzhou Cultural Plaza Phase II project to compete for the "Luban Award," the Municipal Construction Management Center organized 40 relevant responsible persons from all parties involved in the Changzhou Cultural Plaza Phase II project to visit and study the Luban Award project at the Nanjing High-tech Zone Convention and Exhibition Center on June 5.
The Changzhou delegation carefully observed and studied the roof, stairs, elevator lobbies, pipe shafts, restrooms, basement flooring, power distribution room, and pump room of the Nanjing High-tech Zone Convention and Exhibition Center. They took photos and recorded the key quality nodes of the project to reference or improve and apply these practices to the Changzhou Cultural Plaza Phase II project.
Through the visit, all parties involved further enhanced their enthusiasm for quality excellence and unanimously expressed the intention to coordinate arrangements, carry out meticulous construction, pursue quality, strive for progress, and promote the Changzhou Cultural Plaza Phase II project’s efforts to compete for the "Luban Award" with high quality.
