The Changzhou City team won the first prize in the team category of the 8th Jiangsu Province "Civil Defense Cup" Amateur Radio Emergency Competition and the third prize in the drone competition.

From September 26 to 27, at the 8th Jiangsu Province "Civil Defense Cup" Radio Emergency Communication Drill Competition and the 3rd Civil Defense Drone Operation Competition, the Civil Defense team from Zhonglou District, Changzhou City, stood out among 24 amateur radio teams across the province and won the first prize in the team category. Two representatives from the Wujin District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (Civil Defense Office) participated as our city's team members and won the third prize among 13 drone operation teams across the province.

This competition focused on drills including APRS fixed-point assembly for radio emergency communication, emergency communication station setup, receiving and broadcasting telegrams, directional search and rescue, and intelligence information exchange. It also included drone payload delivery and navigation exercises. Before the competition, our city's participants trained diligently and prepared meticulously; during the competition, they responded calmly and handled situations with composure, coordinating simultaneously and comprehensively, successfully completing all competition tasks and achieving the best results in recent years.
In recent years, our city has effectively strengthened the professional civil defense communication teams, continuously explored and innovated training methods, increased the intensity of practical training, and focused on enhancing civil defense emergency communication support capabilities, successfully completing major communication support and drill tasks multiple times.
