At the same time, before applying for the single credit manual in the "Changzhou Construction Market Supervision and Management Information System," enterprises need to maintain and complete their basic information, qualification status, and relevant personnel information in the system. All confirmed information is retrieved during the application, eliminating the need for repeated data entry. The qualifications and levels of the applying enterprises, as well as personnel allocation, are linked to the categories and scales of the projects undertaken, and are associated with the standards for the payment of migrant workers' wage guarantees that the enterprises should pay, enabling timely payment of the corresponding migrant workers' wage guarantees by the applying enterprises. This further standardizes the market behavior of construction enterprises.
