To further enhance construction enterprises' accurate understanding and mastery of the relevant provisions and mandatory clauses in the "Technical Code for Fire Safety at Construction Sites," the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Green Construction Guidelines," and to effectively implement them in various safety production tasks at construction sites, according to the "Safety Production Month" activity schedule, on the afternoon of June 20, the Municipal Construction Industry Safety Supervision Station and the Municipal Construction Safety Equipment Management Association jointly held a special lecture covering topics such as "Fire Safety in Building Construction," "Food Hygiene Management in Construction Site Canteens," and "Experience Sharing from Green Construction Demonstration Enterprises." The Municipal Fire Brigade Section was specially invited.

The lecture specially invited Huang Xiaoqiang, Section Chief of the Municipal Fire Brigade, Sun Xuling, Section Chief of the Municipal Health and Epidemic Prevention Center, and Huang Su, Deputy General Manager of the Eighth Branch of Wujian Group, to give presentations.
The special lecture was held in the Qiubai Hall of the Municipal Party School and was hosted by Xu Jie, Deputy Director of the Municipal Safety Supervision Station. First, Huang Xiaoqiang, Section Chief of the Municipal Fire Brigade, delivered a keynote on the "Technical Code for Fire Safety at Construction Sites." He combined the characteristics of people, materials, and environment at construction sites and focused on the three necessary conditions for combustion—combustibles, oxidants, and ignition sources. He explained the fire prevention technical standards for temporary facilities, fire management, and temporary fire protection measures and facilities, citing several fire accident cases at construction sites. The presentation vividly and thoroughly explained some technical key points and difficulties in the "Technical Code for Fire Safety at Construction Sites," analyzed the main fire safety issues and fire hazards at construction sites, and highlighted important precautions. The content, progressing from basic to advanced, gave attendees a deeper understanding and awareness of the importance of fire safety work in building construction.
"Food hygiene and safety in construction site canteens are related to the health and life safety of construction workers," said Sun Xuling, Section Chief of the Municipal Health and Epidemic Prevention Center, during the lecture. Using detailed illustrations and text, he explained the basic requirements for construction site canteens to apply for the "Catering Service Permit," as well as the relevant responsibilities that project leaders and canteen managers must fulfill and the strict systems that must be implemented. Considering the high incidence of food poisoning during the hot summer season, he discussed knowledge related to preventing and controlling food poisoning and urged project leaders and canteen managers to attach great importance to hygiene and epidemic prevention work in construction site canteens to ensure the safety of meals for construction personnel.
Huang Su, Deputy General Manager of the Eighth Branch of Wujian Group, gave a detailed introduction to the creation practices of the "Jingwei Building" in Wujin District, which was listed as the "Second Batch of National Green Construction Demonstration Projects." Referring to experiences from other regions, he explained the specific methods for preparing and implementing green construction projects, focusing on some key points during the creation and evaluation process, enabling attendees to gain a basic understanding of the green construction project creation process.
A total of 219 project leaders from construction sites across the city participated in this lecture.
