To better serve enterprises and improve work efficiency, the Municipal Construction Management Center has actively taken measures to resolve the long-standing issue where construction companies had to visit the construction management department in person to input employee ID information into the Changzhou supervision system. Since October 8, 2019, the "ID Information Input to the 'Changzhou Construction Market Supervision and Management Information System'" portal has been opened. Construction companies can download and install the relevant software on their own computers to self-complete the input of their employees' ID information into the Changzhou supervision system. At the same time, the Municipal Construction Management Center still retains on-site ID information input equipment for companies to choose to use.

From September 26 to 27, at the 8th Jiangsu Province "Civil Defense Cup" Radio Emergency Communication Drill Competition and the 3rd Civil Defense Drone Operation Competition, the Civil Defense team from Zhonglou District, Changzhou City, stood out among 24 amateur radio teams across the province and won the first prize in the team category. Two representatives from the Wujin District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (Civil Defense Office) participated as our city's team members and won the third prize among 13 drone operation teams across the province.

The single credit manual for construction enterprises has been digitized.
To further strengthen the integrity system of construction enterprises, regulate the construction market order, improve service and supervision efficiency through management innovation, achieve the goal of digital management of licenses, and reduce the burden on enterprises and personnel, the Municipal Construction Management Center, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, has developed an electronic system for the single credit manual of construction enterprises after more than half a year of effort. The system includes modules such as enterprise declaration, management department review, and online self-service printing of review results by enterprises. It is a paperless, fully online system operation that enables approval without face-to-face interaction, so enterprises no longer need to travel back and forth to service windows. This not only improves work efficiency but also enhances the experience for enterprises.
